My contention has always been that the performance of a front projector is more important than how pretty it is. But for those who can’t consider ceiling mounts, there’s nothing at-tractive about a boring-looking box sitting smack-dab in the center of the living room. Of course, beauty don’t come cheap—but when I first heard that the 3-chip Infocus Play Big SP777cost $14K, I went “Whoa!” And when it showed up inside of a steamer trunk half the size of a refrigerator, I went “Whoa!” again. But the biggest“Whoa!” came after I saw what it could do. |
